In excellent condition had it in my set up for about a year for syncing all my hardware with my computer. I’ve never had any issues with MIDI timing on the OT myself. The OT however is in sync with the ERM, so you’re getting the “solidity” of the ERM “second hand”, so to speak. I think technically in this setup they’re getting clock/transport from the OT. Now, in the setup I described, are your synths truly getting clock and transport from the ERM? I’m not sure they are. If you use the thru, it’s a passthrough from the ERM, but the ERM isn’t sending sequencer info (notes, etc), which obviously won’t do what you’re trying to do. Set different channels on the OT sequencer tracks, make sure they correspond to the channels the synths are configured to receiveīasically, if you want notes and other messages from the OT sequencer to be sent to the synths, you use the OT MIDI out and not thru. Also enable enable both MIDI transport send and receive. On the OT MIDI sync page, make sure you have both MIDI clock send and receive enabled.I don’t know why this info is not out there but there you go world.
